About the role
We are seeking a Procurement Officer specialized in Fleet and IT for a 12‑month contract in Dubai. The role involves managing procurement activities across automotive and technology domains.
Key responsibilities
- Procure fleet vehicles, automotive spare parts, and manage vehicle leasing agreements.
- Source and negotiate contracts for fleet maintenance workshops, AMC/SLA agreements, and vehicle leasing.
- Handle IT hardware procurement, software licences, SaaS and managed IT services.
- Conduct RFQ/RFP processes, vendor sourcing and contract negotiations.
- Utilize ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle to manage procurement workflows.
Required profile
- 2–5 years of procurement experience covering both fleet/automotive and IT domains.
- Proven ability to manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts.
