Procurement Specialist (Emiratization)

About the role

RAKBANK is hiring a Procurement Specialist to manage end-to-end procurement across assigned spend categories such as marketing, facility management, collections and valuation services. The role covers sourcing strategies, supplier relationship management, contract negotiation and compliance with procurement policies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day procurement activities for assigned spend categories and partner with business stakeholders to define specifications for goods and services.
• Lead Source-to-Contract activities with Legal, Risk, Finance and other stakeholders, and run sourcing events (RFI, RFQ, RFP).
• Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, contractual conditions and service-level agreements with suppliers.
• Support category management strategies, conduct market research and supplier benchmarking, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Maintain supplier relationships, onboard new vendors, monitor supplier performance and review vendor portfolios.
• Keep accurate records of procurement data, contracts, supplier information and pricing, and support procurement reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Commerce or a related field.
• Experience managing sourcing events, supplier negotiations, contract management and vendor governance.
• Experience handling multiple procurement categories and managing procurement projects independently.
• UAE national with a family book.

Required skills

• Strong understanding of strategic sourcing, procurement best practices and supplier management frameworks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and procurement systems.
• Negotiation, stakeholder management, analytical and communication skills.
