Product Manager – Corporate Cards

About the role

The Corporate Cards Product Manager will own the end‑to‑end lifecycle of the Corporate Credit Cards product, driving its evolution and ensuring alignment with business goals, regulatory requirements and card scheme mandates.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the product roadmap and backlog, define features, and prioritize initiatives based on impact and risk.
• Manage requirements across the card lifecycle, including limits, controls, authorisations, billing, fees and reporting.
• Translate business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria and collaborate with technology and architecture teams.
• Define UAT scope, coordinate execution and ensure sign‑off before production release.
• Serve as single point of accountability across business, technology, operations, risk, finance and external partners.
• Own post‑launch product support, issue triage and drive continuous improvements.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in cards, payments or transaction banking, preferably corporate cards.
• Deep knowledge of Visa/Mastercard schemes, controls, fees and compliance.
• Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder environments in a banking context.
• Strong analytical, documentation and prioritisation capabilities.
