Product Manager – Marketing Technology

About the role

Ounass is looking for a Marketing Technology Product Manager to shape the strategy, execution and optimisation of its MarTech ecosystem. Based in Dubai, you will own the roadmap, drive platform governance and collaborate across functions to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive product strategy and roadmap for marketing technology platforms.
• Apply deep knowledge of digital, influencer and affiliate marketing ad‑tech processes to align product capabilities with marketer workflows.
• Leverage data and analytics to identify pain points, prioritise initiatives and guide A/B testing.
• Partner with marketing, business and technical teams to translate ambiguity into clear, scalable solutions.
• Maintain transparent communication with stakeholders and produce documentation and self‑serve resources.
• Explore emerging technologies, especially AI/LLMs, to prototype new platform ideas.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of product management experience, preferably in e‑commerce.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast‑paced environments.
• Customer‑obsessed mindset combined with commercial awareness.
