Product Manager – Mobile App

About the role

Etihad Airways is seeking a senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap and delivery of its mobile app portfolio. Reporting to the Senior Product Manager, Digital, you will own the end‑to‑end lifecycle of customer‑facing mobile experiences and work closely with technology, UX, analytics and business teams.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the product vision, strategy and roadmap for Etihad’s mobile applications.
• Own the full product lifecycle from discovery, prioritisation and delivery to launch and continuous optimisation.
• Collaborate with UX, engineering, architecture and business stakeholders to deliver intuitive, scalable and high‑performing mobile experiences.
• Drive Agile product delivery, managing priorities, dependencies, risks and release planning.
• Leverage customer insights, analytics, market trends and competitive benchmarking to inform decisions.
• Monitor product KPIs, adoption, engagement and feedback to continuously improve the mobile experience.
• Manage third‑party vendors and technology partners to ensure successful delivery and operational excellence.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or a related field.
• 7+ years of product management experience, including at least 5 years managing mobile app products at scale.
• Proven track record launching and growing customer‑facing mobile applications on iOS and Android.
• Strong understanding of mobile ecosystems, customer journeys, app analytics and experimentation frameworks.
• Experience in airline, travel, aviation, loyalty or e‑commerce digital experiences is preferred.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.
