Product Owner – Assisted Digital Sales (C&C)

About the role

The Product Owner – Assisted Digital Sales will lead du’s digital assisted revenue stream, owning the P&L and driving growth across all digital channels. You will shape the end‑to‑end digital sales journey, optimise acquisition costs and partner ecosystems, and champion AI‑driven customer value management.

Key responsibilities

• Own the digital assisted revenue, cost and profitability, managing the full P&L.
• Define and deliver annual and quarterly sales targets (gross adds, revenue, ARPU, margin).
• Optimize cost of acquisition (CoA) and lifetime value (LTV) through digital levers and AI/CVM initiatives.
• Lead the redesign of omnichannel sales journeys to be fully digital, scalable and automated.
• Build and manage a network of digital partners (marketplaces, super‑apps, fintechs, OEMs) and design innovative commissioning models.
• Drive the AI and CVM roadmap, identifying use cases and implementing solutions that boost growth.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with 1–3 years of experience in automation, AI/chatbot configuration, data analysis or digital operations.
• Experience in telecom or large‑enterprise environments is a strong advantage.
• Proven commercial and financial acumen with the ability to evaluate initiatives through business cases.
