Product Owner – Business Banking (Onsite, Dubai)

About the role

The Product Owner will own and drive the vision, roadmap and delivery of Business Banking products, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and translate stakeholder requirements into product features, user stories and prioritized backlogs.
• Collaborate with Business Banking, Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance and UX teams to deliver scalable digital banking solutions.
• Manage the end‑to‑end product lifecycle, including sprint planning, UAT, release management and post‑production enhancements.
• Monitor product performance, customer feedback and KPIs to identify improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• 8–10 years of overall IT experience with substantial Product Owner/Manager experience in Business Banking.
• Strong understanding of business banking products, processes and digital platforms, especially SME/Corporate banking, payments, lending, deposits or cash management.
• Excellent communication, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
