About the role
The Product Owner will own and drive the vision, roadmap and delivery of Business Banking products, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
Key responsibilities
- Gather, analyse and translate stakeholder requirements into product features, user stories and prioritized backlogs.
- Collaborate with Business Banking, Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance and UX teams to deliver scalable digital banking solutions.
- Manage the end‑to‑end product lifecycle, including sprint planning, UAT, release management and post‑production enhancements.
- Monitor product performance, customer feedback and KPIs to identify improvement opportunities.
Required profile
- 8–10 years of overall IT experience with substantial Product Owner/Manager experience in Business Banking.
- Strong understanding of business banking products, processes and digital platforms, especially SME/Corporate banking, payments, lending, deposits or cash management.
- Excellent communication, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
