Product Owner – UX (FinTech)

About the role

Revolut is looking for a Product Owner with a strong focus on UX to shape the roadmap of consumer‑facing mobile products. You will own the product from conception through launch and ongoing growth, working closely with design, engineering and data teams.

Key responsibilities

• Define team goals, success metrics and product roadmap aligned with company objectives.
• Drive impact using data analysis, market research and strategic insight.
• Own the end‑to‑end product lifecycle: ideation, development, launch, growth and maintenance.
• Collaborate with Design and UX teams to craft seamless customer journeys.
• Partner with Engineering to ensure timely and high‑quality delivery.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Legal, Strategy and other stakeholders.

Required profile

• 3+ years experience in a high‑growth tech or finance environment.
• 2+ years leading consumer‑facing mobile products.
• 1+ years of people‑management experience.
• Outstanding communication and analytical skills.
• Strong eye for UX/UI and solid understanding of design best practices.
• Ability to formulate and drive a focused product vision.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort with ambiguity.
