Product Project Management Specialist

About the role

Huda Beauty is seeking a highly organized and proactive Product Project Management Specialist to support fast‑paced product launches. Based in the PPM department, you will coordinate timelines, track deliverables, and ensure smooth project progression across multiple functions.

Key responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day coordination of new product launches, maintaining accurate timelines in Asana.
• Follow up with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure actions are completed on time.
• Coordinate internal meetings, capture minutes, and track action items.
• Monitor progress, flag delays or risks, and suggest solutions to the Line Manager.
• Work with cross‑functional teams (Product Development, Packaging, Quality, Purchasing, Regulatory, Finance, Design, Marketing, S&OP, Logistics, Regional Markets).
• Prepare project updates, reports, presentations, and status summaries for stakeholders.
• Support process standardisation, SOP maintenance, and contribute to improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in project coordination, operations, supply chain or product development, preferably in beauty or FMCG.
• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, Engineering or related field.
• Strong organisational, time‑management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience using project management tools, ideally Asana.
