Product Specialist

About the role

Med Surg Solutions (MSS) is seeking a Product Specialist to join its Abu Dhabi team. The role focuses on promoting high‑end surgical solutions to healthcare professionals across the UAE, providing clinical support, product training and driving sales growth within the assigned territory.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell high‑end surgical solutions, meeting assigned sales targets and maintaining profit margins.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with healthcare professionals, hospital decision‑makers and other key stakeholders.
• Provide clinical support and product demonstrations, ensuring proper positioning and implementation of technologies.
• Deliver product training and education to end‑users and internal teams.
• Prepare quotations, contracts and manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Collaborate with internal departments to align product promotion with business objectives.

Required profile

• Minimum of 36 months (3 years) experience in medical device sales, product specialist or related role.
• Strong understanding of private‑hospital sales processes and account management.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills with healthcare professionals.
