Production & Roasting Helper – Food & Beverage

About the role

The Production Department of Al Gahwa Al Arabiya is seeking a motivated Production, Packing and Roasting Helper to support daily coffee‑bean processing activities in Madinat Zayed. The role involves assisting in roasting, packaging and general food‑processing tasks within a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support coffee bean roasting operations, including loading, monitoring and unloading roasters.
• Assist in packing finished products, ensuring correct labeling and quality standards.
• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of production equipment.
• Help with inventory handling and material movement across the production floor.
• Follow health, safety and hygiene procedures at all times.

Required profile

• Minimum 2‑3 years of experience in food & beverage production, coffee roastery or similar environment.
• Proven ability to work efficiently in a high‑speed production setting.
• Strong teamwork, discipline and willingness to learn new processes.
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.
