About the role
The Production Supervisor will oversee daily production activities in a pump manufacturing environment, ensuring targets are met on time while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise daily production activities and ensure production targets are achieved on time.
- Prepare and monitor production plans, schedules, and daily reports.
- Allocate manpower and assign tasks according to employees' skills and capabilities.
- Ensure product quality, workplace safety, and compliance with company policies.
- Monitor equipment functionality and ensure the availability of materials, tools, and supplies.
- Identify production issues and recommend improvements to productivity and efficiency.
- Coordinate with the Production Manager and HR to resolve employee concerns.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Required profile
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience.
