Project Analyst (CPO Office)

About the role

The Project Analyst supports the Chief Project Office and PMO by turning raw project data into clear, decision‑ready outputs for senior management. You will work across construction, real estate, and data‑centre projects, preparing high‑quality analysis, presentations, and documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare clean, well‑structured presentations on project status, performance, and data‑centre initiatives for executive review.
• Conduct data analysis and generate reports using MS Excel, Power BI, and AI‑assisted tools such as Claude.
• Review, summarize, and quality‑check internal memos, approval requests, and purchase orders before submission.
• Consolidate multi‑source project data into concise dashboards and executive summaries.
• Track outstanding approvals, action items, and documentation, ensuring timely follow‑up with stakeholders.
• Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and cross‑functional partners to gather inputs for reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Architecture, Civil, Electrical, Mechanical or related).
• 3–5 years of experience in a PMO, project controls, or project analyst role within construction, real estate, or data‑centre environments.
• Proven ability to prepare management‑level presentations and reports.
• Strong written English and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Advanced MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables).
• Power BI dashboard building.
• Microsoft PowerPoint for high‑impact presentations.
• Familiarity with AI productivity tools (e.g., Claude, Copilot) for analysis acceleration.
