Project Coordinator Internship

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Project Coordinator Intern to support our technology teams in delivering Agile projects. Based in Dubai, you will work closely with Scrum Masters, engineers and designers, gaining hands‑on experience in Scrum ceremonies and project tracking.

Key responsibilities

• Assist Scrum Masters with daily Agile ceremonies such as stand‑ups, sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives.
• Maintain and update Jira boards, sprint trackers and related documentation.
• Track tasks, deadlines, blockers, risks and dependencies, and follow up on action items.
• Prepare meeting notes, basic sprint reports and provide status updates to the team.
• Support continuous‑improvement initiatives and Agile metrics reporting.
• Facilitate communication between product, engineering, design and other cross‑functional teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology or a related field.
• Project‑management certifications (e.g., CAPM, Agile Foundations) are a plus.
• No prior professional experience required; university projects or internships in technology or coordination are welcomed.

Required skills

• Basic understanding of Agile, Scrum and the software development life‑cycle.
• Familiarity with project‑tracking tools such as Jira, Trello or Asana.
