Project Coordinator/Handler – Global Market Access

About the role

We are looking for a Project Coordinator/Handler to support the global market access of our customers' products. The role ensures that products obtain the necessary certifications and approvals to be exported and marketed worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Manage projects to ensure timely completion and alignment with internal processes and continuous‑improvement practices.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, discussing technical issues, project costs, timelines, and sample requirements.
• Support clients throughout the entire project lifecycle, proactively addressing concerns and resolving issues.
• Develop and maintain tools that provide the correct documentation lists and process pathways.
• Identify the appropriate process path for each project by combining customer needs with program requirements.
• Provide local acceptance support and ensure successful market entry.

Required profile

• Native Arabic speaker with strong written and spoken English proficiency.
• Completed vocational training in business, administration, or a related field.
• Strategic thinking with a willingness to propose innovative and practical solutions.
• Strong collaboration skills for effective engagement with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Ability to adapt to international standards, rules, and regulatory requirements.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a commitment to meet deadlines and respond quickly to priority issues.
