Project Engineer – Construction (Dubai)

About the role

Segrex Construction LLC is seeking an experienced Project Engineer to support the delivery of high‑rise residential and luxury villa projects across the UAE. The role involves supervising daily site activities, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and ensuring that construction work complies with design, quality, safety and schedule requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily site operations and monitor construction progress.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, QA/QC, planning and procurement teams.
• Review IFC drawings and verify proper execution on site.
• Track productivity, manpower and material utilization, ensuring subcontractor work quality and safety compliance.
• Prepare site reports, progress updates and technical clarifications.
• Ensure adherence to method statements, QA/QC procedures and HSE standards.
• Manage material requirements and site logistics to prevent delays.
• Follow up on authority inspections, consultant comments and technical submissions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 5–10 years of UAE experience in building construction, preferably high‑rise residential (G+8 and above).
• Strong knowledge of structural, architectural and finishing works.
• Proven ability to read and coordinate IFC and shop drawings.
• Leadership and subcontractor management capabilities.
• UAE driving licence preferred.
• Immediate availability highly preferred.
