About the role
Euro Mechanical is seeking experienced Project Engineers and Planning Engineers to join a 5‑month onshore oil & gas shutdown project in the United Arab Emirates. The assignment runs from September 2026 to January 2027 and focuses on maintenance, valve servicing and overall project execution.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate and supervise shutdown activities, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Manage valve servicing and routine maintenance tasks across the plant.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, tracking progress against milestones.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to resolve technical issues promptly.
- Prepare and present status reports to senior management.
Required profile
- Proven experience in onshore oil & gas shutdown projects.
- Hands‑on background in valve servicing and maintenance engineering.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines in a high‑pressure environment.
- Strong communication skills and fluency in English.
