Project Lead – Insurance Transformation

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Insurance Project Lead to drive large‑scale transformation initiatives across Personal, Commercial and Medical lines. You will partner with senior leaders to manage demand intake, shape project scope and deliver complex programs end‑to‑end within our Transformation Framework.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end delivery of a portfolio of strategic transformation projects, ensuring alignment with enterprise objectives and measurable outcomes.
• Establish and maintain robust program governance, providing clear decision‑making, oversight and reporting to senior leadership.
• Plan and manage inter‑dependencies, critical paths, resource capacity and sequencing across multiple concurrent projects.
• Develop and approve business cases, articulating strategic rationale, benefits, investment requirements and ROI.
• Oversee testing, implementation and business‑readiness activities to ensure smooth deployment and benefits realization.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in the insurance sector, covering Personal, Commercial and Medical lines.
• Proven track record as a Project Lead managing interrelated projects in a regulated insurance environment.
• Professional certification in program or project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
