Project Manager – Construction (Mid to High‑Rise Residential)

About the role

The client is a fast‑growing Dubai‑based group focused on mid‑ to high‑rise residential real‑estate projects. They are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead construction initiatives from concept through completion.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of construction projects, including planning, design, site supervision, quality assurance and timely handover.
• Prepare work schedules, cost calculations, financial projections, site reports and comprehensive documentation.
• Assess project risks, ensure safety compliance and manage quality control processes.
• Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and on‑site workforce, providing technical guidance and negotiating contracts.
• Lead, delegate and coordinate tasks, meetings and training sessions to ensure smooth project execution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction or a related field.
• 5‑8 years of experience managing mid‑rise to high‑rise residential projects, with at least 2‑3 completed projects.
• Prior experience in the UAE construction market is preferred.

Required skills

• Full‑cycle project management including layout, floor planning, pre‑construction and design coordination.
• Financial oversight: budgeting, cost calculations and financial forecasting.
• Risk assessment, safety compliance and quality assurance.
• Contract negotiation and coordination with consultants, subcontractors and suppliers.
• On‑site supervision, procurement, labor management and permit/authority approval procedures.
