Project Manager & General Foreman – Residential Construction (Australia)

About the role

We are looking for seasoned professionals to lead and supervise residential construction projects across Australia. Two positions are open: a Project Manager responsible for end‑to‑end delivery and a General Foreman overseeing daily site operations.

Key responsibilities

• Project Manager: plan, schedule, and control project timelines, budgets, and resources for Class 2 residential builds.
• Project Manager: coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project objectives are met.
• General Foreman: supervise on‑site activities, manage subcontractor performance, and enforce safety and quality standards.
• General Foreman: monitor daily progress, resolve on‑site issues, and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Project Manager: 8–15 years of experience delivering Class 2 residential projects.
• General Foreman: 7–12 years of hands‑on experience in residential construction.
• Demonstrated leadership, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to drive projects to successful completion.

Required skills
