Project Manager – High Rise Residential Construction

About the role

Rakhat Construction is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead high‑end residential tower projects in Dubai. The role oversees the full construction lifecycle, from concept and design coordination through to handover, ensuring premium quality and strict deadline compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and manage all phases of high‑rise building construction, including procurement, site supervision and subcontractor coordination.
• Ensure compliance with Dubai regulatory requirements, project specifications and luxury‑grade material standards through continuous inspections and quality control.
• Lead daily coordination with architects, consultants, engineers, subcontractors and vendors to proactively address challenges and minimise risks.
• Utilise Primavera or MS Project for progress tracking, reporting and corrective action implementation.
• Conduct HSE audits, cost reviews and stakeholder communication to guarantee smooth execution and delivery excellence.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in high‑end residential construction within the UAE.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field.
• Immediate availability; candidates with no notice period are preferred.
• Excellent English communication skills.
