Project Manager – High Rise Residential Construction

About the role

Rakhat Construction is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead high‑end residential tower projects in Dubai. The role involves overseeing the full project lifecycle, from concept and design coordination through construction, inspection, and handover, while maintaining premium quality and strict deadlines.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and manage all phases of high‑rise building construction, including procurement, site supervision, subcontractor coordination, and final handover.
• Ensure compliance with Dubai regulatory requirements, project specifications, and luxury‑grade material standards through continuous inspections and quality control.
• Lead daily coordination with architects, consultants, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to proactively address challenges and minimise risks.
• Utilise Primavera or MS Project for progress tracking, reporting, and corrective action implementation.
• Conduct HSE audits, cost reviews, and stakeholder communication to ensure smooth execution and delivery excellence.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in high‑end residential construction in the UAE.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Immediate availability; candidates with no notice period are preferred.
• Excellent English communication skills.
