Project Manager – High‑Rise Residential Construction

About the role

The Project Manager will lead the full construction execution of Project C34 – The Bay Residence, acting as the main representative on site. Reporting directly to Baraka Development senior management, the role ensures delivery within approved time, cost, quality, HSE and contractual requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily project execution and coordinate all site teams, subcontractors, suppliers and specialist packages.
• Chair weekly site coordination meetings and maintain documentation for RFIs, NCRs and inspections.
• Monitor progress against the approved programme, manpower, procurement schedules and project risks.
• Prepare transparent weekly and monthly progress reports and dashboards for senior management.
• Identify, escalate and mitigate delays, risks and cost impacts, and implement recovery and acceleration plans when needed.
• Liaise with Miral, consultants and Abu Dhabi authorities to resolve execution bottlenecks.

Required profile

• 12–18 years of building construction experience, including at least 5 years as a Project Manager on UAE high‑rise residential projects.
• Proven track record of delivering complex, fast‑track projects on time and within budget.
• Experience working on Abu Dhabi or Yas Island developments is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication and reporting capabilities.
