Project Manager – Hospitality (UAE)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead new‑build and refurbishment projects for 4‑ and 5‑star hotels in the UAE. Acting as the primary client representative, you will oversee the entire project lifecycle from pre‑construction planning to operator handover.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main liaison between the owner, hotel operator, consultants, and contractors.
• Direct pre‑construction planning, obtain authority approvals, and manage construction execution and fast‑track refurbishments.
• Control budgets, variations, and progress payments while ensuring high construction and interior fit‑out standards, including PMOR sign‑offs.
• Lead testing, commissioning, and operational readiness (ORAT) activities with hotel operators.

Required profile

• 12+ years of construction project management experience focused on luxury hotel assets (new build and refurbishment).
• Proven track record at a PMC, developer, or main contractor with strong client‑representation experience.
• Currently based in the UAE with knowledge of local authorities, supply chain, and market.
• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field (PMP/MRICS preferred).

Required skills

• Knowledge of hotel operator standards.
• FF&E and OS&E procurement expertise.
• Familiarity with FIDIC contract administration.
