Project Manager – Interior Design Projects

About the role

Design Design LLC is seeking a full‑time Project Manager to lead interior design projects from initiation through hand‑over in Dubai. You will be the central point of coordination, ensuring schedules, budgets and quality standards are met.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily activities with design teams, contractors, vendors and clients to keep projects on track.
• Monitor progress, prepare status reports and implement risk mitigation strategies.
• Supervise procurement, logistics and material delivery to support on‑site execution.
• Conduct inspections to verify work quality, compliance with specifications and safety standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing interior design, fit‑out or construction projects, preferably in the GCC region.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, interior design, construction management or a related field.
• Strong organisational, problem‑solving and time‑management abilities with high attention to detail.

Required skills

• Expediting – ensuring timely delivery of materials, services and documentation.
• Inspection processes – verifying quality, specifications and safety compliance.
• Logistics management – coordinating shipments, storage and on‑site delivery.
• Proficiency with project management tools, scheduling and reporting systems.
