Project Manager – Interior Fit-Out

About the role

I2D Interiors is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead high‑quality interior fit‑out projects across the UAE. You will be responsible for overseeing the full project lifecycle, from initiation through handover, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage fit‑out projects from initiation to handover.
• Develop and monitor project schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Lead site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Control project budgets, variations, and cost‑control measures.
• Oversee architectural, joinery, civil, and MEP coordination.
• Conduct project review meetings and prepare progress reports.
• Ensure compliance with HSE, quality, and contractual requirements.
• Lead snagging, de‑snagging, and project close‑out activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in India and 3 years of UAE interior fit‑out experience.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• UAE driving licence preferred.
