Project Manager – Interior Fit‑Out

About the role

The Project Manager will lead the delivery of interior fit‑out projects for Bond Interiors, ensuring they meet company standards, contractual obligations, budget limits and schedule requirements. The role supports senior management in achieving operational goals while coordinating clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and monitor the construction programme and procurement schedule for each project, ensuring timely delivery of materials and resources.
• Track project progress, identify deviations and implement corrective actions to keep projects within approved timelines and a portfolio value of up to AED 50 million.
• Prepare and maintain project‑specific Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) plans, method statements and risk assessments in collaboration with the HSE team.
• Ensure compliance with company quality standards, safety regulations and contractual obligations.
• Coordinate procurement of all finishing materials, monitor material and drawing submission schedules and secure approvals.
• Prepare and manage Requests for Information, Non‑Conformance Reports, Inspection Requests and related documentation.
• Draft, review and respond to formal project correspondence and contractual notices with clients, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Chair and document meetings with clients, consultants and subcontractors, maintaining detailed minutes and action items.
