About the role
The Project Manager will coordinate business, onsite and offshore teams to deliver database migration projects successfully. The role requires end‑to‑end project ownership, risk and issue management, and close collaboration with multiple stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Work with business, onsite and offshore teams to ensure project delivery.
- Maintain standard implementation structures such as work breakdown, planning, decision logs and issue logs.
- Control change management processes and produce executive reports.
- Operationalise project deliverables under the supervision of the CoM.
Required profile
- Proven experience in database migration projects.
- Hands‑on experience managing end‑to‑end projects.
- Strong communication skills and ability to handle risk and issues.
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders and offshore teams.
