Project Manager – Real Estate Development (Dubai)

About the role

The Project Manager will act as the central liaison for real estate development projects, coordinating internal departments and external stakeholders. This position ensures seamless communication, timely updates, and alignment across all teams without direct site‑level construction management.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact between internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Design, Finance, Legal, etc.) and external parties such as consultants, contractors, government entities, and brokers.
• Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and dependencies to keep projects on track.
• Facilitate regular project meetings, capture action items, and follow up with relevant teams.
• Provide senior management with accurate updates on milestones, risks, and bottlenecks.
• Coordinate documentation flow and ensure alignment with project goals.
• Assist in resolving inter‑departmental issues and escalating concerns when necessary.
• Maintain project trackers, dashboards, and status reports for internal and leadership reviews.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and other communication materials for internal and external audiences.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Real Estate, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in real estate development project coordination or cross‑functional project management.
• Strong understanding of real estate development processes (planning, design, approvals, sales cycle, etc.).
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication abilities.
• Detail‑oriented, solution‑focused, and capable of managing multiple moving parts under tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience using project tracking tools such as Asana or Trello.
• Competence with presentation tools (e.g., PowerPoint).
