Project Manager – Real Estate Development

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the planning, execution and delivery of our real‑estate development projects in Dubai. The role is full‑time, on‑site and reports to senior management.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the planning, execution and delivery of development projects, ensuring scope, schedule, budget and quality targets are met.
• Coordinate with design, construction, community management and brokerage teams.
• Manage vendors, contractors and suppliers, and monitor progress through regular reporting and site inspections.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and handle logistics related to materials and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal standards.
• Support stakeholder communication, prepare status updates and documentation.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of project management processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, business or a related field.
• Proven experience managing construction or real‑estate development projects, preferably in the Middle East.
• Strong project management, expediting, inspection and logistics management capabilities.
• Proficiency with project management software and MS Office tools.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
