Project Manager – Residential Fit‑Out

About the role

The company is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead residential fit‑out projects in Dubai. You will own the delivery from mobilisation through handover, ensuring quality, schedule and budget targets are met.

Key responsibilities

• Manage residential fit‑out projects from mobilisation to handover, coordinating site teams, subcontractors and specialist trades.
• Control project programmes, budgets, variations and commercial performance while maintaining QA/QC and HSE standards.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, designers, landlords and subcontractors, and resolve design or site issues.
• Lead project meetings, provide progress updates to senior management and ensure client expectations are satisfied.

Required profile

• 5‑10 years of construction/fit‑out experience, with strong residential fit‑out background in Dubai/UAE.
• Proven ability to manage projects from start to finish, including leadership of subcontractors and site teams.
• Excellent communication and client‑facing skills, with solid commercial and programme management capabilities.
