Project Manager – Strategic Initiatives

About the role

Network International is seeking a Project Manager to lead strategic initiatives across its Operations function. You will drive program delivery excellence, ensuring projects meet timeline, budget, and quality expectations while supporting the company’s fintech growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end execution of strategic programs and transformation initiatives across acquiring, issuing, operations and support functions.
• Develop and maintain program plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies and resource allocation models.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, coordinate mitigation actions and prepare governance materials for steering committees and executive updates.
• Coordinate with business, technology, risk, compliance and external stakeholders to align on objectives and deliverables.
• Track budgets, benefits realization and KPIs against approved business cases.

Required profile

• 5‑8 years of experience in project management, PMO, strategic initiatives or business transformation, preferably in financial services or payments.
• Proven ability to manage cross‑functional programs with multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive‑level reporting skills.

Required skills

• Project management methodologies: PMI, PRINCE2, Agile, Hybrid delivery models.
• Certification such as PMP, PRINCE2 or Agile (advantage).
• Experience with payments operations, digital transformation and operational excellence initiatives.
