Project Scheduler (Contract)

About the role

We are seeking a Project Scheduler for a 6–8 month contract on a completion‑phase EPC project in Abu Dhabi. You will work on‑site with the Project Director and Site Manager, ensuring accurate progress, risk, and handover forecasts.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and verify weekly subcontractor progress, flagging variances against the plan.
• Maintain the risk tracker and S‑curve, assessing impacts on milestones.
• Track daily inspection progress and record commitment dates.
• Update turnover package progress and forecasts each week.
• Refresh the project schedule monthly and keep the completion forecast current.
• Plan and monitor the back‑energisation schedule.

Required profile

• 5+ years of planning and scheduling experience, including on‑site time on EPC plant projects.
• Experience in power, oil & gas, or process plant environments.
• Advanced proficiency with Primavera P6.
• Hands‑on subcontractor progress management.
• Exposure to completion‑phase activities such as turnover packages, handover, or energisation.
• Engineering degree.
