Projects Manager - Real Estate

About the role

Wasl, one of Dubai's largest real estate management companies, is hiring a Projects Manager in its Projects department, reporting to the Director of Projects. The role covers end-to-end delivery of real estate projects, from planning and design coordination through procurement, construction and handover, keeping timelines, budgets and quality standards in line with stakeholder and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle, keeping scope, budget and schedule on track
• Coordinate design between architects, structural engineers, MEP and specialist consultants
• Plan resources and milestones, and oversee procurement and contractor performance
• Monitor risks and report progress, risks, KPIs and project health to leadership
• Control scope and manage changes, and enforce UAE building codes and quality and safety standards
• Support project close-out, lessons learned and transition to asset management or operations
• Manage project budgets, control spending and contribute to value engineering

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or a related field
• Minimum 7-10 years of experience managing real estate or construction projects
• Experience delivering 5-star hotels
• Desirable: exposure to UAE regulations, FIDIC contracts and project management certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2
