Promotion Manager

About the role

Taurex is seeking an Arabic‑speaking Promotion Manager to lead the promotion of its approved financial products and services in the UAE. Based in Dubai, you will combine responsible financial promotion with Arabic content creation and regional event planning.

Key responsibilities

• Promote only approved financial products, providing clear, balanced information and assessing client suitability.
• Obtain compliance approval for all promotional materials, maintain records, and report on activities.
• Create and localise Arabic content for websites, social media, emails, brochures, videos and educational materials.
• Plan and execute regional conferences, webinars, exhibitions and client events, managing budgets, vendors and logistics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, marketing, communications or related field.
• Five or more years of experience in financial services promotion, marketing or client engagement within a regulated environment.
• Excellent written and spoken Arabic with professional copy‑writing and localisation skills; strong English.
• Experience planning and delivering events in the UAE or wider region.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems and content‑management platforms.
• Use of social media tools and campaign reporting software.
• Strong organisational, stakeholder‑management and judgement abilities.
