Property Consultant – Direct Team Telesales

About the role

The Property Consultant joins Tiger Properties' Direct Team to convert company‑generated leads into sales. Working closely with the Sales Manager or Team Leader, you will guide prospective buyers through the entire purchasing journey, from initial contact to deal closure.

Key responsibilities

• Contact daily leads assigned through the CRM system.
• Respond promptly to inquiries and follow up on all leads.
• Understand client budgets and investment goals to recommend suitable projects.
• Present Tiger Properties’ residential and commercial projects, schedule viewings, and conduct client meetings.
• Negotiate offers, manage bookings, reservations, and sales processes until closure.
• Maintain accurate and timely updates of all interactions in the CRM.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs for calls, appointments, site visits, and sales conversions.
• Collaborate with internal departments (Sales Administration, Finance, etc.) to ensure smooth transactions.
• Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in real‑estate sales, property consultancy, or direct sales (UAE experience preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
• Fluent in English; Arabic or additional languages are a plus.
