Property Consultant - Dubai

About the role

Adler Properties is looking for a motivated, professional and results-driven Property Consultant to join its growing real estate team in Dubai. The consultant assists clients with buying, selling and leasing residential and commercial properties, building client relationships, presenting suitable options, arranging viewings, negotiating agreements and closing transactions. It suits an ambitious real estate professional with strong communication skills and market knowledge.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and manage leads for property sales and leasing opportunities.
• Understand each client's requirements, budget, preferred location and investment objectives, then recommend suitable residential and commercial properties.
• Arrange and conduct property viewings professionally and follow up consistently with prospective buyers, tenants, landlords and investors.
• Negotiate rental and sales terms and assist clients through the complete transaction process.
• Prepare and maintain accurate property listings and client records.
• Promote available properties through online platforms, social media, referrals and direct communication.
• Stay informed on Dubai property prices, emerging communities, market trends and new developments.
• Work toward individual and company sales targets and ensure compliance with UAE real estate laws and company policies.
• Represent Adler Properties professionally during meetings, viewings and negotiations.

Required profile

• Previous UAE real estate experience preferred; strong knowledge of the Dubai property market.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills, confident with clients from different nationalities.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, target-driven, with strong sales ability and customer focus.
• Fluency in English required; additional languages an advantage.
• Valid UAE driving licence and RERA certification considered an added advantage.

Required skills

• Familiarity with property portals, CRM systems and digital marketing platforms is an advantage.
• Good organisational and time-management skills, able to work independently and in a team.
