About the role
Join ARK Vision International Real Estate as a Property Consultant in Dubai, helping clients discover exclusive property opportunities and guiding them through the sales process.
Key responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads for property sales.
- Conduct property viewings and provide expert market advice.
- Negotiate offers and close sales while maintaining strong client relationships.
- Build long‑term relationships with clients to generate repeat business.
Required profile
- Mandatory UAE real‑estate experience.
- Proven track record in sales and closing deals.
- Strong knowledge of Dubai’s property market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and target‑driven attitude.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
- UAE driving licence preferred and must be based in the UAE.
Required skills
- CRM systems proficiency.
- Microsoft Office suite.
