Property Consultant – International Investors

About the role

We are seeking a Property Consultant to advise international investors on off‑plan and secondary property opportunities in Dubai. The role involves guiding clients remotely from initial market briefings through to handover, often without them ever visiting the city.

Key responsibilities

• Advise investors on property options based on yield, capital growth, residency and long‑term goals.
• Guide clients through market briefings, video viewings, payment plans, documentation and handover.
• Build long‑term relationships and support repeat investors.
• Collaborate with developer partners to match clients with suitable projects.

Required profile

• Experience in real estate, preferably with international or investor clients.
• Good understanding of the Dubai market or willingness to learn quickly.
• Comfortable working across time zones and communicating via phone, video and messaging.
• Patient, reliable and focused on long‑term relationships.

Required skills

• Strong communication skills in English.
• Ability to use video conferencing and digital documentation tools.
