About the role

Join Kredium, a fast‑growing global PropTech platform, to help clients in the UAE and abroad navigate the home‑buying journey. You will work with an international team across the US, Serbia, and the UAE, offering expert advice, closing deals, and staying on top of market trends.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients in identifying property requirements and provide suitable options based on needs and budget.
• Guide clients through viewings, negotiations, contract signings and the overall home‑buying or renting process.
• Stay up‑to‑date with Dubai market trends, property values and legal regulations.
• Provide comprehensive information on market conditions, financing options and investment potential.
• Build strong relationships with clients, developers and real‑estate professionals to generate referrals.
• Prepare and review documentation, contracts and agreements related to transactions.
• Collaborate with marketing to promote properties through various channels.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years prior experience as a Property Consultant in the UAE market.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong negotiation ability.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
• Self‑motivated, result‑oriented and capable of working independently or within a team.

Required skills
