About the role
The Property Consultant will work on‑site in Dubai, guiding clients through property sales, leasing and investment decisions. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping clients make informed choices in a dynamic market.
Key responsibilities
- Identify client needs, present suitable property options and conduct viewings.
- Manage leads, follow up with prospects, negotiate offers and support clients throughout the transaction process.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, prepare documentation and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth experience.
Required profile
- Strong consulting and real‑estate knowledge, especially of Dubai market dynamics.
- Excellent communication and customer‑service skills to build long‑term client relationships.
- Proven sales ability to generate leads, close deals and meet performance targets.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
Required skills
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Experience with CRM tools.
