Property Consultant

About the role

BITS, a well-established Dubai real estate agency specialising in residential sales and leasing, off-plan and investments, commercial properties, short-term rentals and property management, is expanding its leasing team. It is looking for driven Property Consultants to fast-track their careers in Dubai's real estate market, with support from management, administration and marketing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Make daily calls to potential landlords and sellers
• Conduct property market appraisals
• Take high-quality photos and write listings for major property portals
• Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions
• Stay up to date with market insights and trends
• Build trust through regular communication and transparent client relationships

Required profile

• A strong background in sales or client-facing roles
• Genuine passion for real estate and ambition to grow industry knowledge
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Self-motivated, results-driven and proactive, with a collaborative approach
