Property Consultant / Senior Property Consultant

About the role

ASICO Real Estate is seeking a motivated Property Consultant to join its growing team in the UAE. You will be responsible for generating new business, advising clients on buying, selling, leasing and investment opportunities, and achieving sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business through networking, referrals, lead generation and prospecting.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants and investors.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable residential or commercial properties.
• Conduct property viewings and provide accurate market information.
• Negotiate offers, prices and transaction terms between parties.
• Coordinate with developers, mortgage providers, lawyers and internal teams to ensure smooth transactions.
• Maintain detailed records in the company CRM and ensure compliance with UAE regulations.

Required profile

• Previous experience in real estate sales, property consultancy or business development.
• Strong communication, negotiation and customer‑service skills.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and able to manage multiple clients simultaneously.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Valid UAE driving licence and access to a vehicle are advantageous.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using CRM systems for lead and transaction management.
