About the role
White Cubes Valuation Advisory is looking for a Property Valuer to join its advisory team in Dubai. The full-time position covers assessment of commercial and residential real estate assets, analysis of property market trends and delivery of comprehensive, regulatory-compliant valuation reports.
Key responsibilities
- Assess commercial and residential real estate assets and analyse market trends to establish fair market values.
- Manage property inspections and evaluate comparable sales data and market metrics.
- Ensure strict adherence to Dubai Land Department guidelines and deliver detailed, professional valuation reports.
- Maintain accurate documentation for all assessed properties and build professional relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on property valuation experience in the UAE real estate sector.
- Strong knowledge of DLD, RERA and Dubai valuation standards.
Required skills
- UAE valuation methodologies and DLD compliance rules.
- RERA mandates and market research techniques.
- Technical report drafting.
