Public Relations Manager – Luxury Hotel

About the role

The Public Relations Manager will lead PR initiatives for FIVE Palm Jumeirah, a flagship luxury hotel, driving brand visibility and media engagement across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, plan and execute proactive PR strategies to enhance FIVE’s brand reputation.
• Lead launch campaigns for new hotel openings, securing extensive media coverage and stakeholder engagement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local, regional and international media outlets, journalists and influencers.
• Oversee creation of press releases, interview briefings, quotes, articles and other communication materials.
• Coordinate media events, press trips and influencer collaborations to amplify brand stories.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of PR experience, preferably with agency or hotel pre‑opening exposure.
• Excellent verbal and written English; Arabic knowledge is a plus.
• Deep understanding of the Middle East media landscape and established media contacts.
• Proven ability to multitask, meet tight deadlines and work under pressure.
• Strong organisational, time‑management and attention‑to‑detail skills.
• Self‑motivated, solution‑oriented and capable of working both collaboratively and autonomously.
• Passion for hospitality, dining and nightlife.
