Purchasing Executive – Procurement Specialist

About the role

The company is seeking a detail‑oriented Purchasing Executive to manage end‑to‑end procurement activities, supplier relationships and sourcing processes. This junior‑to‑mid level position ensures timely, cost‑effective acquisition of goods and services while maintaining quality and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day purchasing, review requisitions and source suitable suppliers.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules and warranties.
• Prepare and issue purchase orders, monitor them through delivery and invoice completion.
• Maintain supplier databases, evaluate performance and support onboarding.
• Coordinate with Finance, Operations, Engineering and Logistics to align procurement needs.
• Identify cost‑saving opportunities and support budgeting, spend analysis and procurement audits.

Required profile

• Proven experience in purchasing, procurement or supply‑chain roles.
• Strong negotiation, analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple orders, deadlines and priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• High level of integrity, professionalism and confidentiality.

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook.
• ERP/procurement systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Coupa or Ariba.
