Purchasing Specialist with Russian language

About the role

AM.PM is a leading manufacturer of premium bathroom products, and we are expanding our Purchasing and Supply Chain team in Dubai. We are looking for a detail‑oriented Purchasing Specialist who is fluent in both English and Russian to manage supplier relationships and ensure seamless product delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Calculate and place orders with approved suppliers.
• Communicate with suppliers regarding orders, shipments, pricing, and specifications.
• Perform reconciliations and resolve discrepancies with suppliers.
• Monitor inventory levels across company warehouses.
• Guarantee uninterrupted product deliveries and report on work activities.
• Hold meetings with internal departments to address shortages or overstock situations.

Required profile

• Higher education degree in economics or a related field.
• At least 2 years of procurement experience in a large trading company.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Fluent written and spoken Russian.

Required skills

• Proficiency with business process management software.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
