QA Engineer – UI Test Automation (Contract)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced QA Engineer to join our fast‑growing web team on a contract basis. You will focus on UI test automation for progressive web apps and native mobile applications (iOS & Android) within a dynamic retail and hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain automation frameworks tailored to product requirements.
• Automate and execute functional and regression test suites for web and mobile platforms.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and ensure reliable builds.
• Collaborate with multiple product teams to deliver quality releases under tight deadlines.
• Monitor test results, troubleshoot failures and continuously improve test coverage.

Required profile

• 4‑10 years of hands‑on experience in UI test automation for web and mobile apps.
• Proficiency in Java programming and strong knowledge of Selenium WebDriver and Appium.
• Solid experience building and maintaining automation frameworks.
• Comfortable working with Linux environments and databases.
• Excellent problem‑solving and analytical abilities, able to manage several projects simultaneously.
