QA/QC Engineer – Civil, Electrical & MEP

About the role

We are looking for experienced QA/QC Engineers with a focus on Civil, Electrical or MEP disciplines to support quality assurance and control on major construction projects throughout the United Arab Emirates. The role involves on‑site inspections, coordination with consultants and subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with project quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform inspections and testing activities on construction works.
• Review material approvals and inspection requests.
• Monitor and update Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs).
• Manage Non‑Conformance Reports (NCRs) and drive corrective actions.
• Coordinate quality activities with consultants, subcontractors and internal teams.
• Ensure all work complies with project‑specific quality standards and procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of construction experience, including direct site exposure.
• Proven experience in QA/QC inspections and documentation.
• Strong analytical abilities and effective communication skills.
